最高ー

今回周年記念日の祝いでご利用させていただきました!!食事、サービス、環境...何でもかんでも最高でした。露天風呂やカラオケなど全部無料で利用ができてとても嬉しかった。面白いゲームをたくさん用意してくださったおかげで、一晩楽しく過ごした。また今度行きたいと思います!!

子供を連れて行きたいホテル！カップルにも

いたれりつくせりなサービス精神が楽しいホテルでした。晩ご飯のコースは正直あまり美味しくなかったですが、お夜食、朝食バイキングは楽しめました。貸切風呂、カラオケ、ゲーム、マンガ、卓球などなど無料で楽しめるプラスアルファのサービスがとても良かったです。次は子供が産まれたら一緒に行きたいです。

久しぶりの家族旅行、のんびりしたいと探したホテルです。 伊豆にバリ⁉と、少々不安がありましたが、とんでもなく快適で居心地がよく 帰るのがもったいないくらいでした。 滞在中のドリンクはフリー、夕食に船盛、メインはお代わり自由。 アニーバーサリーに小さなケーキサービス、その際庭で花火を仕掛けて くれていて、スタッフの人たちが一生懸命回してくれていました。 さらにお夜食&バータイムもあり、フリーフード&ドリンク。 遊びたい人には、卓球、ダーツ、ビリヤード、カラオケなどあきることない アミューズメント のんびりしたい人には、ライブラリーや足湯、大浴場以外に小さな 貸し切り風呂がいくつもあり温泉も楽しめます。 アメニティも充実、各種ドライヤー、作務衣、マッサージチェアetc… 何も持たず、何も考えず滞在できるリゾートホテルです。 スタッフの方たちのもてなしの心使いが感じられたよいホテルでした。

悪くはないが・・・

悪いホテルではないんですが、口コミの点数で期待して行くとがっかりする人もいるでしょう。 施設が古めなのはサービスの良さで相殺されるものの、どちらかと言えばファミリー向きで、静かにのんびりしたい人には向きません。 リゾート風なのにスペースが結構タイトだったり、個人的にはもう一息という印象でした。 これ位の価格でオールインクルーシブなら、コスパは悪くないでしょう。

楽しくて眠れないと嘆く我が子。

素晴らしい滞在になりました。 別館の屋上にある展望台は明かりを抑えてあり、きれいな星空を見ることができました。 夕食もメインをお代わりできるので、結局全ての種類のメインを、食べることができました。 部屋も綺麗で、親子3人ならんで広々と眠ることが出来ました。無料のドリンクバーもロビーにありますが、部屋の冷蔵庫にもお酒含め数種が無料で用意してあるので、夜中にふと飲み物が、欲しくなっても大人も子供も困ることはありませんでした。

やはり別館は不便

客室：別館でした。ホテル前の道路をわたらなければならず、やはり不便。幾つかのプラスサービスがあったとしても次回利用することがあったら本館を使いたい。 客室：別館にエステ，岩盤浴があるせいかアロマの香りが強い。部屋はアロマとカビ臭いのと混ざり合って臭かった。空気清浄機も追いつかなかった。置いてあるティッシュも臭う 料理：お夜食でお腹いっぱいにする感じ 夕食自体は量が少ないと思う。 お肉をおかわりしたのだが、一皿目はお肉しっとり二皿目はパサついていて残念 お風呂：原生林のお風呂からは海が見える。 サービス：スタッフの感じはとてもよい。 ミスが発生した際のリカバリは迅速。

３才と５才の娘を連れて行きました。 従業員の方が皆さん笑顔でサービス精神があり、とても感じが良いです。 夕食時も各席への気配りが徹底されおり、随所に演出があり、子供達も飽きずに楽しそうでした。 夕食後、無料なので初の家族カラオケにトライしまして、子供達がマイク放さず歌いとても盛り上がりました！帰ってからも子供達がまた行きたいとうるさいので、たぶんまた行きます(^^)

めったに旅行に行かない私目線だと、 とにかく最高に尽きます。 超高級高層ホテルに泊まるより、 手の届く価格でできる範囲の最大限のおもてなしを受ける方が私には合っていました。 お腹いっぱい美味しいお料理が食べられて、 皆さんの素敵な笑顔のおもてなしを受け、 別館のエステで至福の時を味わい、 露天風呂で温泉に浸かり、景色を我がものとする。 最高です！絶対また来ようと思いました。 バリ風も徹底していて良かった〜。 館内着もリラックス出来て最高です。 別世界でした。

とにかく大満足でした！！

知人の紹介で始めて家族で宿泊しました。 チェックインの際に必要書類を書いたのですが、食事の時に 私用に食事を取りやすい席を用意していただいていました。 私は左利きで、フロントの方が左利きの私を見てスタッフに伝えていたようです。 こんな配慮をしていただいたのは始めてで、本当に感動しました。 私もサービス業をしているので、見習わないとと思いました。 その他のサービスも完ぺきで、とても楽しい旅行になりました。 絶対オススメです。

飲んべぇさんのためのホテル

夕食時、カラオケルーム、バータイム、そしてお部屋の冷蔵庫のビールまで飲み放題なので飲んべぇさんにはすごくコスパが良いと思います。 お料理も美味しいしメインはお代わりもできてお腹いっぱいになります。

特にカエル好きにはお勧め(笑)

値段だけ見ると高めだけど、部屋は広くて綺麗、足湯から貸切風呂、ドクターフィッシュ、カラオケ、卓球、ビリヤード、バータイムがあって、そして夕食もカラオケもバータイムも全部飲み放題(一部有料もあります)が付いてくる等全部含まれてこの金額は妥当、寧ろ安いです！( •̀∀•́ )✧ もう何回言ったか覚えてないですが10回以上はリピートしています☆ また来年もよろしくお願いします♪

また行きたいです！

2回目の利用です。 チェックイン時にカラオケと家族風呂の予約ができます。 3時すぎると混雑するので少し早めがいいと思います。 夕食時、カラオケ、バータイムの飲み物が含まれていますし、メインの料理はおかわりができます。しかしお酒を飲む人には食事時間が少し短いかな。 卓球、ビリヤードは別館が空いていました。wiiもあります。 貸切風呂は19時以降に2回目が予約できます。今回で全部制覇しました。 露天風呂は少し歩きますが原生林がおすすめです。 冬は寒いので内風呂のほうがいいかもしれません。 本館に泊まるのが便利ですが、別館のスイートにはいいお風呂がついていて部屋にゲーム機がありました。 若いスタッフが多く、がんばっています。記念日ごとに行きたいです。

とにかく楽しめるホテル

家族風呂、カラオケ、飲み放題、ゲーム何から何まで料金に含まれているのでお金を気にせず楽しめます。従業員の方たちも全ての方がステキな笑顔でもてなしてくれて 今回で２回目の訪問ですが、是非また行きたいと思ってます。

ホームページとはかなり違う！

本館と、２つの別館がありますが、それぞれ元々企業等の保養所とかだったんでしょうね。 内外装をお化粧直ししていますが、薄っぺらい感じに仕上がっています。 高級感は全くありません。 特に別館は、外観がかなりがっかりな感じです。 スタッフの方々は、皆さん親切におもてなしをしてくれました。
