"The Ryokan has an excellent location at the seaside with many good restaurants near by. Japanese breakfast was delicious and there was a beautiful inner garden . It is conveniently located right by the bike path connecting to the Shimanami Kaido and a short walk from the Ferry / Cycle boat to Onomichi. The hosts were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me with luggage shipping . The hotel facilitates luggage transportation between hotels and the Ryokan is affiliated with Sagawa...

"We stayed at this hotel as it was conveniently placed to pick up rental bikes at the port. Staff were great on check in, and they organised luggage transfer for us. Room was lovely. Breakfast was a set Japanese breakfast, beautifully presented, plus options of yogurt and eggs and fruit. A couple of restaurants on site . A few places to eat around the hotel and a courtesy bus to the station (or a 10 minute walk). Supermarket and chemist nearby"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our overnight halfway thru the Shimanami Kaido and it was such a wonderful place to rest. The views and especially sunrise are without equal! We regret not being able to stay at least 2 nights. The villa is equipped with everything you need to make your own meals, do your own laundry, lounge wear etc. They even left us a few beers, orange juice, specialty jam and honey samples and enough food for our breakfast this morning. We will absolutely be back...
