"The room was fantastic and the view of Syracuse from the room made it a memorable stay. The king size bed was really comfortable and the sheets and pillows smelled great and were also comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the shower soaps and shampoo were also great. The breakfast in the lounge was amazing. The Starbucks self serve machine was great tasting but a little slow so it can be awkward waiting for the coffee to brew. I would 100% recommend and stay there again."

"Disappointed that there was no shuttle service available during our stay Tuesday. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. We wanted to shuttle to our favorite BBQ restaurant because finding a parking space is difficult.
Also, no fridge in the room."

"Toilet seat broken. Tv and WiFi not working even after resetting multiple times. Stains and holes in duvet. Curtains broken- didn't close all the way. Had to use hair clips to keep them closed so people didn't see us undress and maintain privacy. Walls peeling and like dripping. Light in ceiling doesn't work.
Although it looks like they tried to upgrade, there are small details they miss.
Staff was nice but next time the cleaners/ maintenance people need to fix things."
