"The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from the airport and the city center. The staff and the owners are extremely kind and accommodating. The room is very spacious and clean, and at night you can only hear the sound of the sea waves. The hotel's restaurant is a must-try. The lobster fettuccine and the pizza are exceptional."

"Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. "

"Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value."

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."

"The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "

At times, the front desk staff came across as short and somewhat bothered by interruptions during their shift, while the outdoor staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The beach in front of the resort is small and packed between a large public beach and a few larger resorts. The constant foot traffic passing through the middle of the beach can be a bit distracting. "location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

"This was a delightful little place. It was very clean and charming. The only downside is that it is a bit far from a grocery store and there aren't many restaurants close by. If you stay for a long visit, you may need a car or plan to take taxis a few times a week for supplies. "
