"Ocean view suite was beautiful, everything you needed. TV service intermittent ( weather issue?), bath faces you as you enter the room - strange concept. Staff were so kind. Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel entertainment generally was ok, but really disappointed with the "highlight show of the week" - not professionalism you would have expected. Pools were great, yes a little on the cold side, but it is early in the year. Spa facilities we used and enjoyed treatments. "

"At this hotel the staff are polite,friendly and helpful it's located in an ideal position with lots of amenities in the area. Some of the rooms have been refurbished,they are spacious clean and have basic cooking facilities. There are 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds there is a very relaxed feel about this hotel "

"We arrived on a Wednesday and joined the weekly BBQ. It was excellent! The location is fantastic being close to the beach and restaurants. We were in a one bedroom which was clean and had everything we needed. Owner and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again. "

"Room was great, view over the Serenity Pool. We were Half Board Breakfast & Dinner were lovely & plenty of selection. Drinks were purchased separately at Dinner. 10-15 minute walk into Teguise lovely walk."
