"The floors were never swept. They were roaches on the floor. The mirror looked like somebody wiped it with grease The mountain door would not shut.The shower head was sprayed on the toilet.I will never get a room there again"

"The room furniture was so badly damaged and worn I didn’t want to sit or sleep anywhere in this room. I can’t believe that this is OK standard for Hilton brand. The pool was closed because everything was broken. Out of 4 elevators ! Only 1 worked for the all customers and Hotel staff. What a mess! ..."
