"So free parking at a downtown adjacent property is already a win. The hotel is immaculately clean. It's an old property and I don't know what the architects were on when they were concocting it, but they make it work. Highly recommended though"

"We have stayed in this hotel many times and have tried to get the king suite with a sleeper sofa. That has generally worked out well for us, but this visit the sleeper sofa mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with sagging and springs that impossible not to feel. If they replace the sleeper sofa mattress, then it will be nice, but it was so bad it could hardly be slept on as it was. Hopefully this is just a small glitch. We reported it to the front desk and maybe they will get it changed out "

"Had a lovely renovated suite with comfortable bed and pillows.
The desk night lady had no personality and seemed to be grumpy. She didn't correctly guide me to the right elevator. Im not sure if the attached sports bar falls under this review but they were severely understaffed with one bartender trying to manage large crowd. At night had difficulty getting a food order. It was chaotic. The waffle House across street was delivery only and few dining options nearby. However the 4 minutes to airport was convenient."

"At check in I had already paid for the room online & identified that I had pets.
This is the first time I've been charged more money and given no receipt?
The king suite has the sink & bathroom at the door when you walk in. The king bed was comfortable. And there was a microwave & refrigerator available as well.
Now the fire alarm was beeping all night in need of a battery and it had my dog on edge all night. It was never fix while I was there. The breakfast was lacking. All the juice machines are out of order. 1 coffee pot. The tiniest muffins. They did offer biscuits and link sausages with gravy on the side. And of course waffles. However no yogurt or fruit.
I turned my key in looking to receive my receipt for the room and check out. (Since that is what I was instructed by the previous night desk clerk) Not 1 person could be found at 8am at the front desk or the dining area.
So where the room was fine,"

"Only significant complaint is that we requested that our room be cleaned each day and were assured it would be but in each day we had to catch the housekeeper and ask her to attend to our room. Front desk failed to put us on the list despite promises to do so."

"We did not have breakfast there, the room was poorly cleaned the bathroom towel shelf was dusty, the carpet was dated and the bedding on the bed was not up to par the comforter had a stain. I'm glad I had disposable linen. The towels however appeared to be new. The staff was very professional and nice, this made up for a lot of the flaws sited in the hotel "
