"I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. "Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place."

"This is my go to place to stay when I’m in the area, which is roughly once a month. Everyone is friendly, rooms are clean, water pressure is amazing & the breakfast is always good. This is probably my 10th time staying here & I’ve never had an issue! It’s quite & I love that it’s right off the highway & that there are so many dining options close by.
