"THEY HAVE A CAT PROBLEM ON THE OUTSIDE BUT IT WAS ALL GOOD AND CLEAN "

"The room was clean. Upon arrival the gates were not functioning to get out of the parking. Towels were still wet, hot water upon arrival ,none that night or this morning "

"The staff was very nice. I had expressed that my dad is disabled and we would’ve liked a first floor room. In fairness the hotel wrote back to say that the ADA room would’ve cost $70 more and my parents opted to pass on the extra cost. When they arrived, they were assigned to the THIRD FLOOR! With no elevator, I’m disappointed that they already had the information and still placed them on the top floor. They could have at least assigned them the second floor room. "Peoperty is not pet friendly. Check in staff wonderful. Breakfast staff, wonderful. Housekeeping, not much staff. We often had to ask for our needs.
