The water is not very warm. Cannot make the bathtub warm enough to use. Not enough electrical outlets. Central location, but no convenience store unless you cross the main street. The pool is normal. Overall, the price is well balanced.

チェックアウトの日、廊下で掃除のおじさんに、チェックアウト？何処へ行くの？気をつけてね！と声を掛けて頂き、握手をしてくれた。1分にも満たない出来事だけど、とても良い思い出。 一方でフロント女性はチェックインの際に朝食付きですね？と確認しながら、朝食の説明が無かったり、Wi-Fiの説明が無いなど、このクラスのホテルスタッフとしては、レベル何低いと感じました。

部屋の壁紙が剥がれていたり、めくれていたりしていた。入室時にバスルームが臭くて部屋を変えて欲しいくらいだった。冷蔵庫も無くてリクエストしなくては駄目だった。そして、バスタオル、タオル等古く、端の方が解けていたりしていた。一年前にもこのホテルに泊まりましたが、その時と大違いでびっくりしたしだいです。従業員は前と変わらずフレンドリーで良い人が多かったです。

Nice place to stay. The bed is comfortable. Pool is small like 10-15m. Super nice Gym well equipped. Room was dirty with sandy floor, a lot of hair and dust behind the night stand and bed. Water will pool as you shower and drain away super slowly. The cup had white stuff inside.

Poorly maintained!

The hotel was old and not well-maintained. The room was dinged and dirt, the bathroom was unclean, for example, the shower curtain had visible, black stain marks. Not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel

インドネシアのローカルホテルですが、日本人も宿泊してます。 BlockMに至近であり、開通したMRTを使えば市内へも短時間で移動できます。設備は必要十分です。バスタブ付き浴室のシャワーのお湯も問題ありません。一点、冷蔵庫はオプションで頼まないと部屋にはありませんので必要あれば、事前に要請ください。
