I booked my stay with this hotel in part because they offered breakfast but, their idea of breakfast is only pastries and third quality coffee. If that were explained beforehand, I never would've booked with them. I feel that it's very dishonest to say that it includes breakfast when in reality it's pure sugar. Something about their downstairs remind me of squid games. Some sort of weird music loop. Very weird. Also, I really didn't like using my phone as a QR code to use the elevator and my room. Fiddling to find the QR code on my phone every time I need to use the elevator was a whole lot less convenient than having a key in my pocket like every other place I've ever been.
