"I had a good view but tho Hotel is clean and quiet. However outside your door is everything that PV has to offer. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk and has multiple restaurants located along that beachfront. THIS IS NOT A HIGH RISE “Sheraton” type of property. I have been to PV 20 plus times. I’ve stayed at them all. The Romantic Zone is by far the best area in PV!!"

"Staying at the hotel, in a quiet residential neighbor, was a great way experience Jalisco. They layout is unique, interesting and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle chaos at a commercial hotel. The staff, especially Mercedes, are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I had lost my phone and one the staff drove me back down to the last little convenience store, where I thought I had left it. Unfortunately I had left it in the taxi I had taken back.
