Amenities are great. Mantamar Pool Parties, Mantamar Beach Access/Lounge Chairs, Eden Pool, Top Bar breakfast are all great. Only complaint is the construction every day at the Mantamar Tower. Loud, noisy, drilling early in the morning and throughout the day.... Impossible to sleeep in, nap or rest after long days and long nights.

Nice place staff is really nice as well. My AC broke so they had to move me to a different unit. The new units door lock stopped working so I had to wait for someone to try to fix it. Yes these things were very annoying, but the staff was nice in the process. They did compensate a little bit on my dining bill and was able to get an extra later check out. The Eden pool staff were really nice and made the visit more enjoyable.

This resort was very quiet. I felt safe. It was in a good location. It was at a time when it was low occupancy. The food was good at this resort. I think it would’ve been nice if they allowed freshwater and coffee in their lobby. We requested ice in our room, even went down to the front desk and we were told they would bring it up. We never received it. When I’m making my own drink in my room that I have to pay for I like ice in my drink. The outdoor pool was beautiful and very clean. The view from my room was awesome and the beach was very nice.

Overall a nice place to stay

Resort is clean, service is great, and amenities are awesome. The only negative is the long check in process followed by a time share sales pitch they try to lay on you to attend the next day.
