"We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed everything! The food was excellent — we actually enjoyed the buffet even more than the specialty restaurants. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the public restrooms were always clean, which we really appreciated.
The amenities were great, and there were always activities going on, including fun options to keep the kids included and entertained. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Also, while tips are included, the staff works incredibly hard and always with such a positive attitude. If you are able to give a little extra, even $1, $3, $5 or more, it is very appreciated by them. Of course, it is not required, but we could really see how much effort they put into making everyone’s stay special.
The only thing that wasn’t my favorite was that our room was in one of the last buildings. The walk wasn’t too long, but during the middle of the day, when we wanted to go back and rest, the heat made it feel a bit farther. That being said, it was definitely not a deal breaker.
Another thing to keep in mind is that there are no elevators, but the staff does help with the luggage. I only mention this for anyone who may need accessibility accommodations.
