"The staff were amazing, so friendly! The beach was ok but you are in a cove. Room was clean. Food was ok lots of varieties for everyone but nothing I would say was delicious !! Alcohol isn’t the best, Drinks are good tho, they only have red stripe beer. I would definitely go back there again. "

"Great place to stay in New Kingston. Lovely hotel w a great breakfast (esp the Jamaican breakfast dishes). We had to wait 45 mins for our room to be ready when we arrived at our check-in time (3pm) - while the lobby area is really nice, I wish they had offered to hold our bags and let us hang out in the terrace bar or other guest-only areas while we waited, or given us some idea of how long the wait would be. Other than this initial wait, staff were really great. The standard king room is nothing special (our view was to exterior stairs and tarped roof area) but loved spending time at the cabana pool area and the sky bar."

"Room was relatively clean and the staff was friendly but the property was not at all what we expected. The dining room felt like an old supper club, nearly all vegetation on the property was dead, the surfaces near the cliffs were extremely worn, some of the patio furniture and day beds were completely rotted. This property needs some serious TLC and updating. "

"The swim-up bar was the highlight of our trip. The bartenders were amazing and so patient and kind. Shout-out to Winston for being the best at it!! We split our time between two resorts and I could tell you the foos was comparable, if not, better than the other more expensive resorts. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Others complained about noise, but that doesn't bother me much. It's a vacation, people are meant to have a good time. Only minor issue was that if you slept in, often times, the best loungers were all taken (near the pool with swim-up bar). Also, not the best beach front if that's what you're looking for."
