"It was so cute and clean! Staff was also so nice and helpful! Loved the handwritten note as well!"

"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Hotel is in a great location Midtown to easily access all the sights by walking and is 5 mins walk to Grand Central station for access to the subway and trains. Rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea / coffee and fridge facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well equipped gym with cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells for weight training. Definitely recommend this hotel"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The onsite restaurants are great with great food choices. The View restaurant is a revolving restaurant with breathtaking views of the New York skyline. The hotel is located in the heart of Times Square and close to all of the sites. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and it’s a 10 out of 10."

"Best hotel I’ve stayed at in the city! Best use of the space and soo cute. The designer deserves their flowers. Staff was so kind and all had calm presence which made it such a cozy stay. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Excellent location - especially since we were going to concert at Carnegie Hall!! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Loved being able to have various types of coffees/teas/juices as well as variety of chips/pretzels 24/7 and wine/hors d'oeuvres every afternoon ... and morning breakfast included in room price was an added plus. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if going into NYC."
