Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. "Gorgeous view from the balcony! Bed and linens super comfortable. The steam shower was absolutely heavenly, water pressure and temp SOOOOO good!! Room service and food was great, and I loved how helpful the staff was. They brought by ice, water, and a snack without me asking once I had been there a few hours. Also they offer free afternoon snacks in the lobby. I got an amazing massage at the spa and used the sauna. My only complaint is that they don't have a hot tub and the pool was so freezing...

"The room was spacious. A bit of a rough area and hit up for money by homeless before even unloading our car. Stayed in room 405, shower trench drain cover had been replaced with a piece of white metal instead of solid surface material and was a loud nuisance when shower head drips on it. Indoor pool was super cold and asked a couple times during our stay if they could add heat and said they would but never did. Also had a beer charged to our room and we didn’t have any alcoholic drinks...

"The front desk staff are pretty unhelpful, especially if you’re arriving later in the night. I would advise calling them multiple times to make sure they have your listing. They removed my reservation despite calling them. They seemed to have no access to their own email, so if booking through a third party app, calling to confirm, and then calling again, and again, is the way. I would avoid if you’re arriving late."

"I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!"

"No es propiamente un hotel. Es mas un tipo AirBnB, un departamenteo que tiene todo, tiene estufa, microondas, centro de lavado, un comedor pequeñito, etc. La verdad es que esta bien, sin embargo no tiene servicios de hotel como tal, no tiene restaurante, el servicio de cambio de sabanas y aseo tiene costo adicional y nada barato, etc. La propiedad esta bien para ejecutivos que se quedan varios dias, mas no lo recomentaria tanto para familias con niños."

"There is not enough parking in the surface lot, it took us a while to find a spot. Even though parking was inadequate, guests still had to pay $25 a night to park there. The shower did not work. Not a very nice area of the medical center. I won’t stay there again."

"The staff was incredible! Parking is a bit pricey and the garage is confusing but understandable for the area. Maybe try putting automatic air refresher in the halls, it smelled like mouth balls aka old people. And try also changing the lighting in the hallway and in the actual rooms. Update the hotel."
