"Excellent customer service. Every front desk staff member was professional and friendly. The room was very clean and looked like it had been renovated recently. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a cold night at Busch gardens. The breakfast was good, nothing special but not horrible either for being free. Each day they had a different variety of foods. Overall the stay was great. Only negative complaint was the first night we stayed in the morning the guy...

The bacon would have been better had it not been sitting in an inch of grease- and the lady working the breakfast area could use some help. The last day of our stay it was still over an hour before breakfast was over and people were coming down and complaining there was no food- one man told her he would come back there and help her get some food cooked and she said she didn’t need his help.
