"We had a 2 bedroom unit. There is no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. The 2 twin beds room had only a table lamp that was not very bright. The master king bedroom had 2 table lamps that did not provide adequate lighting. Many times, I went into another room with ceiling lights to be able to see better."

"The staff at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The hotel could stand a bit of cleaning and upkeep. The elevators constantly had standing water from pool and hot tub use and multiple times there was food in the elevators (random chicken nuggets and used drinks). The pool and hot tub had a great deal of chlorine and it was burning our eyes. The rooms are decent size and having a fridge and microwave is nice. The beds were firm…could stand to be updated. "Really enjoyed our room! Very spacious. The kids loved the pool and its access getting to the outdoor pool through the indoor pool, that was cool. My only issue was the bathrooms exhaust fan not working to help with the moisture during/ after a shower,"

"Our room is extremely dirty, and made no efforts to give a new room or partial refund. Our bathroom is fairly small, but the worst part was that our shower was extremely unsafe. As soon as you stepped in you just felt it sink, like it wasn't being supported at the bottom. I was a very afraid. The water pressure was great however. Our beds were probably the most uncomfortable mattresses I think I've ever slept on, and I am not generally the picky person when it comes to mattresses. Hell I've...
