"The hotel is very clean and I noticed the 98% cleanliness rating behind the front desk. The location is very convenient to the highway. I was disappointed because the balconies on the building are fake. You cannot access them. Also you cannot bring your luggage through the front lobby. You have to go around to the back of the hotel to bring in your luggage. At least there are elevators inside the back door. While the hotel is very clean, the clientele is questionable. Two nights I was woken up in the middle of the night by people fighting in the hallway complete with every curse word that you can think of. The hotel should have security checking throughout the hotel to resolve these kinds of issues. I probably would not stay here again because of the clientele."
"Wonderful modern clean hotel with helpful staff from the management to the housekeeping. Convenient location for local events and farmers market and shopping."
"From the time I walked in the grass was not cut. There was a lot of water on the floor in the elevator. The first room that was assigned to me had someone else in it. The second room that was assigned had hair in the sink, floor, and tub, sink stopped up, and smelled . The third room that was assigned to me was much better, but when I got in the shower there was no soap in the dispenser and the toilet stopped working.
I tried to speak with the manager, but since it was a weekend(Saturday )she was not reachable and there was no one else managing the property I was told. I found that to be interesting.
On my check-out day that Monday, I was able to speak with the manager. She did offer a $50 discount for the inconvenience, but I believe more should have been given, I did stress to the manager that I will not be returning. It is far less than I expected and that I am use to. I travel frequently. To top things off after speaking with the manager, I went to get a cup a coffee at the coffee bar, I was only able to get a drip. That figures!"
"The lady at check in was very nice and helpful.
Can’t say anything negative about her.
HOWEVER….the phone in the room did not work, which is a major safety thing for me. There was an older 30-35 Mexican guy right out side my door.
He had his music up so loud, you could hear it at the front office more than 1000 feet away.
This went on from 9pm until 4am.
What’s worse??? He was shouting and yelling at people on his phone trying to over talk the loud radio playing. Finally after 3 hours, I went to the door and window and looked out to see what he was still doing with the music loud and yelling at people on the phone..he saw me. Came up to my door. Started pounding on it. Hitting the glass.
What made it far more worse and uncomfortable and unexpected was the phone in the room did not work and I could not call the front desk not the police. I was in fear he was going to come and break in. My cell phone battery died and the outlet didn’t work so I could not use the cell.
Made me very very uncomfortable and afraid for my safety! Will never come back! Won’t recommend this place either. $108 was not worth getting killed over!!!"
"A continental breakfast was not offered. They had a bistro which was very expensive. My first room did not appear to be vacuumed or cleaned very well. My second room was cleaned a little bit better but had not been cleaned behind anything for quite some time. I had to use a microwave in the lobby which was really nasty. The refrigerator would only work for 2 hours at a time. You had to keep pushing a button inside the refrigerator to keep it cool. I waited for 15 minutes in line to get a receipt for my stay and was told I don't get a receipt because I booked it with Expedia. I was told I had to log on to Expedia to get it. Not a good experience for being a marriott!"
"The staff is wonderfully helpful, shout out to Sebastian, Julian and one young woman that I’ve forgotten her name at front desk (fair with longish, dark hair)."
