"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. "Vi var der i 4 dager i vinterferien. Fin beliggenhet, nært gondolen opp til Kasprowy wierch. Ikke så langt å gå inn til sentrum. God og variert frokost. De i resepsjonen hadde lite peiling på om det er skiutleie i anlegget i Kuźnice, men gjorde så godt de kunne. Dårlig brannsikring. Alle etasjene er åpne gjennom trappehuset. Dørene er verken lydtett eller brannsikre."

The bed was really uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, the instructions for check in were a little difficult to understand, we had a hard time finding the lockbox and which entrance to use. Parking instructions were also not clear. But overall the place is nice. "
