"A beautiful hotel with a great ambience, featuring rooms that are well positioned to face the pool area and offer lovely ocean views. The staff were friendly, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. On the downside, the food was just average and could definitely be improved. There are a number of nearby restaurants perhaps I was unlucky where and when I had my meal. I also experienced a delay on arrival, having to wait nearly 30 minutes as my room was still being prepared."

"Stayed in superior room, overall fine. Beds & pillows are worn out, TV was analog, Nespresso coffee maker in room & free in lobby. Beach, bars & activities were great. "Lovely renovated historic hotel right on the ocean in Pietermaai district of Willemstad. It was in a quieter area only 1 street over from great bars and restaurants. Our room overlooked the ocean, and there was a small private beach with lounge chairs. The staff was amazing, and helped us with airport taxi and recommendations in the area. Short walking distance (10 min) to the heart of Punda and 15 min to the floating bridge. "
