"The room was very clean and comfortable. The little balcony did need to be swept and the cushions had definitely been out in the rain but I think that was due to it being in early May. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We definitely would stay again !!"

"Generally, quite good. I had a problem and First Responders had to be called. Staff was excellent and my problem was quickly and professionally solved. As my coffeemaker worked to produce tea the first time, but not afterwards, I was able to get hot water for tea from the restaurant. I was able to get a tour lined up through one of the front desk people. The electrical plug that mattered (next to the table, powered my laptop) worked fine. The others went out or connected too loosely and I had to use my portable charger to recharge my tablet. Bedside lamp was pretty useless for reading paper books and magazines. Recommend two lamps that are overhead and to the side. Wouldn't hurt to have a bar and some way to hang washcloths in the shower. Appreciated the large number of pillows and comfortable bed. Bed was low enough to change on, which meant that I could watch TV while changing."

"I asked that room be cleaned, only the towels were changed out, sheets not changed. Staff was not on sight, there was not a coffee pot in common area that I could find, only a Nespresso maker with 2 pods. Room was advertised as having nespresso maker in room, it did not. The bed was extremely comfortable, although I would not recommend the Catherine Williams room for 2 occupants, very small."

"Stayed 5/8/2026 - 5/10/2026. Location is superb, tucked away on a quiet street next to downtown historic Newport. We were only 5min walking from anything you'd probably want to walk to. Parking was easy off-street. Other people that stayed there needed to learn to leave space for others and tighten their parking jobs, but otherwise it was fine. Staff was amazing and very kind. Being there still in the off season, they allowed us to checkout later than usual which was extremely appreciated. Room was very clean and quaint; all we needed as we were mostly out and about. Would most definitely stay here again."
