"Convenient location, very clean, excellent staff"

"The hotel building itself wasn’t bad but the property and surrounding area was scary. Homeless people everywhere. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. When we pulled in the first thing I saw was a large homeless population and security guards wondering the property during the day which can give you an idea of what the crime rate in the area is. "Our original room smelt like a pet boarding room and caused allergies. Second night was better after they switched us rooms but unfortunate we had a bad experience the first night. "

"I was there in March hoping for a nice experience as this hotel has been a lovely place in the past. First the power went out for a day. No hot water, no anything that included power. No offer for a credit or refund for the wasted day. Housekeeping was abysmal. I had no service at all that I could tell for 3 of my 5 nights the hotel. I paid extra for a view room which was also a corner unit that was great. BUT…Cobwebs all over the ceilings even in the bathroom. Drapes were in sad condition...

"Breakfast was good, staff were super nice lady with flowers in hair was so sweet! But the room looked ok but there were ants all over the room and the drain was clogged and the water built up in bath while showering. "

However, I phoned the front desk (twice using the "0" on the room phone and once using the local phone number) and the phone was never answered. I figured out the issue with my TV and other questions. But it would have been nice if someone would answer the phone at the front desk."

"The hotel was nice inside, but there were a lot of homeless individuals outside, and they blocked the entrance to the parking lot where we had to maneuver around groups of them to get to the parking lot. There is a a vacant building right there that seems to be the hangout. It didn't feel very safe outside. But the entrance to the hotel is locked and you have to use your key card to get in, so that was good. Someone must've called the police one evening because they showed up outside. There...
