"The shower had a loose faucet and the shower head was slightly clogged up. The tv is very outdated and the controller was not working consistently. Breakfast was okay. Not many options, but there is a waffle station which was great. Overall its an old building and it shows. It was clean and provided a place to sleep."

"Everyone was very informative even through the text line, the room cleaning very good and the room was very comfortable."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Broadview Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the charm, character, and beautiful atmosphere of this historic boutique hotel. The hotel has such a unique personality, combining historic elegance with modern comfort. The location is fantastic, with easy access to so many wonderful places to explore in Toronto. What made our stay especially memorable was how welcoming and comfortable everything felt. This was a very meaningful trip for us,...

"Cool location, clean rooms, very convenient closet of amenities. Hotel staff was very helpful and treated us with care, but it was also nice not having to directly deal with anyone. We really appreciate their flexibility, kindness, and responsiveness! Amazing stay, we would love to be here again next time we're in Toronto!"

"Really swanky place. They have a cafe downstairs which was convenient. Our room also had a record player in it with records we could play. It was a neat thing to have. The bathroom was clean and has a different layout. We loved staying here and would recommend it."

"Staff at desk was very friendly & helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.. great bed & pillows. It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Only downside is, we arrived by train and love to walk, so it’s a 45 minute walk to get there, which is no problem, but you walk through a not so nice area on Church St. to get there, where people let their dogs poop on the sidewalks and don’t bother picking it up, and there are a lot of homeless people laying by the sidewalks and they also use it for a...

"Super easy check-in with friendly staff. The washrooms and showers were clean, though there were a few hairs on the bedding. Really nice to have a complimentary breakfast of toast and cereal available in the morning. The area also felt safe and was close to the subway. Overall, it was good for a quick stay. I would stay again."

"Staff helpful"

"Ok"

"The staff were really kind, including at the front desk and attached cafe. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay (and good morning coffee). Thank you!"

"Incredible stay. I booked a trip for my other here and they went above and beyond taking care of her. She had nothing but fantastic words for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend booking here as there is nothing they could be faulted on"
