"The rooms are dated, which causes odours a modern hotel hides. If rooms are not maintained, its not my responsibilty to fix a running toilet, or be an exterminator. 3 bugs, black spider quite large and 2 nats of some sort. One on the bed one on the wall. Altogether, we had 3 rooms. Each room had very similar issue, dark stained rugs and just dated."

"Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey."

Valet is a little pricey at 55CAD per night, kinda handcuffed to that because there is nowhere else to park, but Valet provided extremely prompt service and easy to use QR code for vehicle accessibility. The area surrounding hotel isn't the greatest but it is very conveniently located to everything you need."

The location is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, banks, and other essentials all within walking distance.
