"Hotel Was empty but we could still not perform an early Check in. Until 2 pm. We had arrived at 9:30. Am had to wait until 2:30 To check in. Expedia had advised check in at 2:30. But front desk said it was always 3:00pm. Also no ac at the property . On Expedia site says there is ac ."

"Everything functioned very well. The host communicates very well. They will set up a ride from the pueblo to the cabin and will cook meals upon request. The cabin is peaceful and has a beautiful view of jardin from the surrounding mountains."

"The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"
