"I couldn’t get the tv to go to just regular channels. There needs to be an explanation as to how it works so that people like me who are technologically challenged can use it. It also said to get in touch with front desk if any issues but there is nothing on the phone to let you do that so you have to get dressed and actually go to the front desk"

"I will preface this by saying we ended up leaving and cancelling our stay at this hotel because it seemed genuinely unsafe. The hotel only gave us a partial refund. The photos on the listing for this hotel are misleading. They make the hotel look clean and bright, but the property is rather dated and is not being well maintained. My partner and I requested a room on the second floor and we were given a room at the very end of the property, which, when we entered, the automatic deadbolt on the front door and the locks on the sliding balcony door were not operational. The room was dark, didnt look like it was being cleaned, the AC was broken and the air in the room stagnant. The room smelled of cigarettes despite being advertised as a smoke free property. This was distressing for us because my partner has asthma and so she was having a flare up just by standing in the room. We ended up leaving only a few minutes after initial check-in because we genuinely felt unsafe. The front-desk receptionist was willing to check the room for us but it was in our best interest to leave. I would like to end this review by saying this location does not appear safe for two travelling women."

"The staff were amazing and really helpful. The room was clean but there was the odd stain here and there but nothing to write home about and difficult to remove. Parking was great and you could enter the hotel from numerous entries with your room key. The attached restaurant was great too, served a mean breakfast, although on the first night we were informed we got a discount for eating food there, I don't think we ever did despite mentioning a few times, luckily it was reasonably priced. The room was also massive with lots of space and the bathroom had a bath with shower. Would recommend and also has a gym and swimming pool for use free for guests."

"Amazing hospitality from beginning to end by Lynnee, Lou and staff. They have thoughtfully curated a charming and beautiful getaway in such a peaceful setting. Their warmth and generosity will always be remembered. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the property, the attention to detail and felt incredibly welcomed. The buffet breakfast was not only abundant but delicious and the perfect end to our getaway. We can’t wait to return in the fall. Thank you for such a lovely stay."
