"I liked the location. The beach was great. I did not appreciate a fee for beach chairs and umbrellas, especially since we paid a resort fee. I don’t think the hotel is very clean. The same garbage was on the floor in front of our room the whole time. Our room was not cleaned when we checked in (pee in the toilet, lettuce on the counter, floors not vacuumed). The manager made it right but it took a LONG time and we had driven 10 hours to get there! I expected more for the price of this hotel."

"We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

"Was there for my granddaughters dance competition loved the Convention Center and resort being attached. My biggest complaint is the fact I had to call each day to get cleaning staff to clean room even though I was assured the room would be cleaned daily. On our last full day I came back and forth to the room on several occasions and saw multiple cleaners on floor but our room was never cleaned that day. We had no clean towels and trash cans full.
