"I liked the spacious, clean room and the well located property. The check-in process was efficient, but the front desk representative was sullen and perfunctory. No greeting whatsoever. Also, while the room was large, the bathroom was tiny. I had to step into the shower to close the door."

"We stayed in a villa. Beautiful view. Nice space. 100% of the staff was amazing. The buffet breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had. Our room had a fireplace and balcony, making it very accommodating and very comfortable to just hang around. We rented a golf cart to cruise the island and to get back-and-forth between the villa and the main hotel. We also rented a pontoon boat to drive around on the lake. Great time. Can’t wait to go back."
