"You kinda get what you pay for room, room was clean enough, and staff not very helpful - minus the bellman cart rental guys… super friendly & nice bunch! Other than that lower to middle class hotel, but with MGM level perks/amenities. Budget level resort, good for families mostly, and limited low-scale dining/casino options as well. "

"The Strat overall was just ok. The good part of the Strat is that it’s within walking distance to the Sahara Monorail stop- which is a quick and easy way get to the strip during the day. Before you book The Select room, be aware that there is NO window. We were only able to see daylight because the decorative film over the panel was translucent. The area nearby is pretty rough so I do not recommend walking around at night. If you are going to the strip late; be sure to Uber."

"The view from my room was terrible. The casino isn't the best, and the food is just okay—nothing spectacular. This will be my first and last stay at this hotel. "Luxury room"? I don't think so; we paid extra for absolutely nothing."

"This hotel did not live up to expectation. Long lines for check in, long lines waiting for lifts that were always overly full, and difficult to get any good service. While some staff were lovely, a lot were not. We stayed 4 nights and the rooms got serviced only once during our stay. I had to call up trying to get the room serviced, and also to get replacement towels and our rubbish bins emptied in the rooms. At the counter, there was always long lines if you wanted to check-in, check-out or needed to speak to staff with a question. The pool area looks a lot better in the photos than it is in reality. There's nowhere good to sit on lounges unless you pay, and you end up in a large concrete area between the two pools to sit. The menu in the pool area is also super basic, but you're not allowed to bring any food in yourself to the area, so it doesn't make for an enjoyable stay in the pool area. We stayed here due to the proximity to the strip and the shopping centre, but would not return. I am being generous giving it 3 stars."
