"The property was in a good location, very near a Metro stop and within easy walking distance of places to visit. The staff were excellent, our room was lovely and clean and quiet. Only thing missing was the option to make a cup of tea or coffee."

"The location of the hotel is perfect! Close to Grand Place and many Brussels attractions, about 5 min walk from Brussels Central station, and close to shops and restaurants. We stayed 4 nights, and went to Cologne and Luxembourg as well as Bruges and Ghent during our stay which was very convenient being close to the station and even coming home late where restaurants are still open to have dinner at. "It’s a very difficult hotel to stay, no help for the bags, and they wil not be gentle at your check out. They will call you starting 10:3@ until they finally send you the cleaning lady to knock on your door door. Not friendly."
