"I had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay that needs attention.
I encountered two staff members whose behavior was concerning. The night front desk staff member Albania treated me in a way that felt dismissive and discriminatory. "Rooms are super clean, as is the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly- employees in the elevator even made a point to wishing me a good day.
