The linens were stained on the beds, there were bugs, the toilet was unsafe and unstable, and there were no washcloths, hand towels, or body towels in the bathroom. I feel bad because I have never written a poor review before. If we had not arrived late at night in the rain, I would have left and asked for a full refund. I contacted the property management company about these issues and asked if we could get a partial refund. They did respond, but...
