"Check-in was supposed to be at 5:00. Arrived and keyholder was open and the key was gone. Took forever to get a hold of the property manager. Was told there was a second keyholder on a rafter under the eaves. Found it and was able to get a key. Key did not work on the front door. Was told it was a key to the back door. There is no back door. Then was told that housekeeper had the key and had an emergency to get more towels ??? Housekeeper arrived at 6:15 pm but said she still needed...

"The description was misleading about the number of beds/rooms available. Photos also suggested there were more beds (multiple photos of the same rooms styled differently). The beach house was in a lovely location but I think it is more suited for 2-3 people. The third bedroom with the bunk beds didn't have actual mattresses but pads. The bunk beds were also a bit rickety for adults."

"One of the toilets did not work!!! The fridge water and ice maker not at all functioning, iced over, and fridge door seal flapping around when used. Also there was another bathroom that was not cleaned well. Hair from previous guest on floor. This made me question the cleanliness of everything throughout of that bathroom and the whole house.
