"It was 9pm, my flight was cancelled till first thing in the morning and I didn’t want to spend the night in the airport. I looked them up on Expedia, got a decent rate, called their local number to make sure the airport shuttle was still working and spoke with a very helpful front desk person. As he’d said, the shuttle showed up in 15 minutes, I was there in 20, the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, I slept well, and then caught the shuttle again at 5 am to the airport. "Everything was great at the hotel,they had a restaurant,it was not open at the time we were there,but they had one.Staff was nice and knowledgeable,quick checkin.Only complaint was it was chilly in the room and when trying to turn the heat on all we got was cold air."

"Chose this location due to it advertising 24 hour shuttle service. This is inaccurate, they call you an Uber and hope for the best. We were told to be at the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing to arrive at the airport. We showed up 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes on the Uber and almost missed our flight. We had 9 minutes left to board when we finally got through TSA. So the advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service is inaccurate."

"The staff was friendly at check-in. We then went to our room, and it was, for lack of a better word, disgusting. The couch had a weird brown stain over most of the cushions. I went to the front desk and informed them. The man working the desk said there were no other rooms and he would make a note of it. I again addressed it when we checked out, yet nothing was done. At that time, I also informed him that the room in general was dirty. There were food crumbs on the bed and in the center drawer...
