"Bexley B&B went above and beyond with our stay! Even when we had a snafu with our room code at 1am they answered the phone and helped us (we felt so bad calling at that hour). Staff were nice and friendly, the housekeeping was immaculate, and the property is right next to an excellent donut/coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!"

"The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."

"The hotel offers a Park and Fly deal so the lot was a bit overcrowded. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not included so we just got on the road."

Others that were staying there seemed to be partying in the hall and knocking on our door 1:30AM -4AM in the morning. Back security door that you're supposed to use your card key to get in, kept getting propped open. Brought these issues to the desk, only to receive a shrug...😒"

"I booked two separate rooms and both rooms were unclean and unsanitary. There were stains on the bed sheets and comforters, hair in the bathtub as well as hair on unused washcloths. There were stains other room I booked had bodily fluid on the curtain, dirt and hair in the bathtub in addition to dirt on a room divider that separated the bed from the couch. Staff has been minimally helpful and they periodically are at the front desk to resolve any problems in person and over the phone. Parking is...

"Absolutely horrid!! Wouldn’t stay for free. Non smoking room reeked of smoke; broken toilet seat; feces on bathroom door; paper thin walls, just nasty, asked for a different room was denied and asked for refund so we could leave and was denied. Sent complaint to corporate."
