"Nice clean property "

"The actual hotel is gorgeous. The staff was very passive aggressive and dismissive. The shuttle to and from the airport was a very hard vehicle to get in and out of for people with disabilities. When we were checking out I called down to ask for the shuttle as instructed. I was rudely told that “you better hurry or you’ll get left. We actually ended up taking an uber to the airport. Frankly I exported more from a Marriott property. I would probably not book here again. "

"Do not stay here! Not uncommon to have multiple car windows smashed out with baseball bats! No one at front desk seemed fazed! They were prepared with 2 shop vacs to lend us to clean glass from our cars. "

"The staff is rude and not very helpful there is never any towels or washcloths or hand towels in the rooms and when you ask for them they get an attitude about having to give them to you when they do bring them to you they are not the cleanest "

"Rooms were clean, needs were really firm but the sheets were very comfortable. AC works very well! Didn't partake in other amenities due to having to be at the hospital at 6am. Front desk staff were AWESOME!!! My dad said he heard gunshots during the night, I was 4 doors down from them on the same side of the building and I didn't hear a thing but I trust him."

"Noisy. Loud music. People talking loudly outside my door 3 am. Bath room and shower dirty. Room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. It is a good location. Lady at front desk very kind. "

"Lacked organization, never received instructions to check in them sat on the phone for 15-20 minutes while they had to try to find the reservation which it sure felt like they were never going to. Lock box for key didn't work to return the key so had to run back up to the third floor just to put the key in the room since they had no other key drop off options. Another person I ran jnto there also had the same issues with checking in. "Hot" water was barely just warm enough for a shower. Room was...
