We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. "The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."

"We went to Ohio to attend a concert. The gates opened at 2:30 and the concert began at 3:00. We arrived at the location around 1:40 and stopped in to see if there were any rooms possibly ready early. They told us no and that they would be ready closer to check in time which was 3:00. "Breakfast was promised and paid extra but there was no breakfast available, only coffee and tea (and the coffee was poor tasting as well). Rooms are old and poorly maintained. Lots of noise all night long."

"Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. "The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped"
