"Honestly, I wish we never booked here. However, it was last minute and we heard it was a good place to stay, that mustve been a looong time ago. FIRST, we paid for ALL INCLUSIVE and it felt like it didn't include anything. The room they gave us was not what we saw on the website. Fridge was empty. No room service (had to ask for towels and washcloths) Room was never cleaned, Bathroom door was broken. There were time slots for breakfast (7:30am-10am), lunch (12pm-4), and dinner (6:30pm-10pm)....

"Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. "Staff very welcoming especially Melissa at reception and the security/Porter staff. Ocean view room was clean, lovely view. Dinner and breakfast was quite tasty. Unfortunately, experience was hampered by the large number of cats that literally took over the dining area! It made for quite an uncomfortable experience and for someone who is allergic to cats - it was not a pleasant experience. "Seaweed smell due to tractor being broken and beach not being cleared. There was loud construction in the lobby, only 2 restaurants were open our entire stay, had to switch rooms due to pungent smell of seaweed. New room had brown-tinged water one morning, and no blanket or comforter on bed. The bedding consisted of pillow, flat sheet, and fitted sheet. No blanket or anything. "The property is clean.. They falsely advertise there “Ocean View” rooms . There are no actual “ocean view” rooms unless you are part of diamond club … I paid for a “Luxury Ocean View” room and got a view of a pool and literally a corner of the beach .
