"Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. "We just got back from a week at PBC and it was amazing! We were in a beachfront room and it was literally steps from the beautiful beach. There were plenty of chairs available each day and never felt crowded at all. The food was all delicious, we were stuffed after every meal. The drinks were also good and we never had to wait for one. The resort and room was well-maintained and clean. We were really impressed and will be back!"

"This property is extremely dated had terribly maintained. The customer service was shocking with much of the staff surprisingly hostile to guests and just not interested.
