"This is a $70/night hotel - your expectations should be based on that.
WiFi was easy to connect, room was clean, check-in was quick and easy and then gentleman at the front desk was polite.
While the room was clean, it was also pretty drab. It looks like there was an attempt at remodeling at some point that was done by a low priced contractor. I didn't care too much about that since I was just looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night. The one part that kind of sucked is that any noise is pretty easily heard. I was on the first floor and could hear a lot of noise from the room above me, as well as anything in the hallway. I didn't see any coffee being provided, though it says it's available in the lobby in the a.m.
The area/location of this particular Motel 6 is a little sketchy. Some questionable characters hanging out in the parking lot. There are a few fast food restaurants in the area, but nothing that I'd call walking distance."

"I have nothing but high recommendations for my hotel stay here in Chippewa Falls. The breakfast area was always very clean and well stocked during breakfast hours. The reception desk had knowledgeable people working at all times. They were able to answer my questions immediately. Even with a wedding and the EC marathon influx of people, they didn’t skip a beat. The value for the money spent was well worth it. Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay. We will be back!"

"The property is older but manager seems to make an effort to improve things.
There was a microwave and a fridge in the room.
Had to set up the tv on arrival which seemed a little bizarre but ending up with ALL the channels.
Donuts, coffee, bananas, and granola bars available for a quick breakfast starting at 6am.
No frills stay but super affordable. Would stay here again."

"Room wad clean & spacious. Pool facilities were very nice. Breafast the next AM good, but not much left at the time I was there.
I got a bagel & coffee, which was perfect for me. Large family was stiil there, & was looking for more hot food when i left, but was close to ending time. What i saw was was very sufficient for a continental breakfast. "

"We booked a king room, but the bed in the room was definitely not a king sized bed. It was most definitely a queen. When I book a room with a king bed, I expect to get a room with a king bed. And your typical rock hard bed.
There were NOT anywhere near enough parking spots for the number of rooms/guests at the hotel.
Breakfast was clean and a typical hotel breakfast. Staff was not aware that this was Eau Claire Marathon race weekend.
Decent price, but for how far from all the race events, I will not stay here again."
