"万博期間中にも関わらず価格も安く清潔で良かったです。 2連泊でしたが、タオルが交換されておらず、電話をしてタオル置き場から自分でタオルを取ってくることで対応しました。そこはちょっと残念。 あと駐車場が少し停めづらいかな。"

"This was such a fun hotel! You could fish right on site and eat what you caught for dinner. The kaiseki was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."
