"The rooms are very outdated, Douglas, Rebecca, Felix and Edwin were extremely friendly & helpful!! The other staff was not so much, Cruz was extremely rude & disrespectful. Cruz was trying to charge me and make me pay $256.00 in 38 champagne cups, he said I drank 38 champagne glasses which is nearly impossible for 1 person to drink and still be sober. The experience wasn’t the greatest. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine bad."

"The experience since we got there was horrible. The rooms were not what was seen in the pictures. The lighting was horrible, no plugs to charge available, the staff was very un welcoming and not helpful at all the hotel smelled a lot like mildew and next morning it was raining inside the hotel. We stayed the night and left besides the property manager was rude and practically kicked us out of the hotel. Not trying to accommodate us at all.
