The worst Experience

The worst experience, booked for 3 days including breakfast. The room was dirty and bathroom was filthy. First day no breakfast and when I asked lady at reception in the morning what time is breakfast she said they don't do breakfast. 2nd day they brought to the room soggy sandwiches with cheese and ham of which I did not eat. 3rd and last day no breakfast. The place is noisy and people smoke infront of their rooms next to yours all cigeratte comes in your room as well. The was dirty ad even had some hair on it

Room for improvements.

There were booking issues. According the reception the payment was not received while the HOTEL.COM confirmation showed all details. After talking to the manager this was more or less solved. I paid R. 440.00 at HOTEL.COM, received a slip of R. 360.00. After 600 km and 10 hrs I don't need this nonsense. Sheets were not clean, parking is small. Location is good and easy to reach.The gentleman at the reception was friendly and helpful.

Stay away!

This is probably the worst establishment ever! Booked this place weeks ago - they took my payment immediately. Upon checking in (after a 5hr drive) i was told that they are full and not aware of my booking! No refund received no reception just a security guard on scene! Do yourself a favour and stay away!!

Bed was so uncomfortable very hard hurt your back. For couple they must put set of towels not just one towel. Parking space problem. Cars comes and hoot at the gate early hours of the morning. They must have a notice at the gate telling people that no bookings at the place rather then people hooting at the gate and waking up everyone. People having party till late and making deafening noise midnight when you trying to sleep

My experience at Sunflower guesthouse

Our stay at Sunflower guesthouse was good but they need to improve a lot of things like room services,making sure that the clients are happy and some of the stuff was very rude. The electricity kept on tripping,we didn't have towels in our rooms, the tv had only 5 channels. Jeanette is the best, she is pregnant but she made sure that our stay was well and the wifi was bad, it was super slow had to use my own data.

A place where one could escape to.

My stay it was extremely outstanding, this is the best place one could escape to. I mean the service was on point and the staff it is much pleased to help you with anything you need. The place it is safe, the rooms are beautiful and clean.
