"I don’t know how this hotel is still in business. Dirty, no staff, many briken things in room, dirty bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper and no staff to call after 9 pm or before 9 am. Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation. No way this hotel passes any inspection. Impossible. We left 1 day early and went home just to not stay there for...

"Strong attempt at a decent breakfast- but just missed Coffee in lobby (outside breakfast hrs) good in theory - cold in reality Smallish rooms. Minimal storage Reminded me more of Microtel than Hilton Certainly off brand Very expensive for what was offered No pool"

"We booked and paid for 2 Queen beds. We did not get that. 1 king bed with pull out sofa is what we were given. I checked at desk and they said they sold out. Very confusing as we booked (reserved) two queen beds. How do you give our room away? Sofa bed pretty rough as well. Lady at desk did her best but couldn't do anything. We usually have great stays with Home2Suites. Unfortunately, this was not one of those."

"Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Kitchenette was useful for a multiple day stay. It was well stocked for our purposes. Room was clean. Hot tub was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful."
