"It was clean enough but the place was not maintained. TV and coffee maker didn’t work."

"This is a great place for the price. I felt safe, there was plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. Great location. Rooms have a fridge, coffee maker, a desk, chair and bed. It got the job done at the right price."

"Stay was great until we tried to check out of the breakfast buffet which was was paid for on Expedia. The staff argued that we didn’t pay and we couldn’t see it separated on the Expedia receipt. We later found it in another page on Expedia after they charged us for the breakfast again. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge, which is inconvenient and annoying."

"Like the fact that I had to use my room key to activate the elevator, very good for security.. The soap had a great mint smell .Override we enjoyed our stay at the Motto hotel . One minor fault, no parking."

"I wouldn't know. I was unable to make the trip and due to your non refund policy, I also paid for everything and got nothing."

"The beds were comfortable. The room was enormous and the location was excellent although very noisy at night because of traffic. Several things about the hotel are quite rundown. The curtains didn’t open or close properly because they caught on the tracks so my husband had to climb up and sort them night and morning for four days. The bath had considerable limescale staining and the shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The worst thing was how cold the room was. Apparently this was because the hotel heating was in summer mode so the room could only be cool and not heated. We were freezing in there most of the time and it took till our final (4th) night for the hotel staff to bring a heater to us. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were not replenished and when we asked they didn’t arrive or we had to wait a very long time. By the final night we were quite miserable so the hotel did say they would refund us for our final night. So far we haven’t received any of this money despite departing a week ago."
