"Our stay at The Westin Desaru Coast was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, with direct beach access and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway. The property is exceptionally well maintained, with beautiful landscaping, clean facilities, and spacious, comfortable rooms that reflect the high standards of the resort. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Prego Italian Restaurant, which was undoubtedly the highlight of our dining experience. The food was outstanding, with authentic flavors, beautifully presented dishes, and amazing delicacies that we thoroughly enjoyed. It is a must-visit while staying at the resort. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering an impressive continental and international spread with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The only area that could be improved is the Indian breakfast selection. The parathas and dosas were noticeably oily, and a lighter, more authentic preparation would make the breakfast experience even better for Indian guests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. We would happily recommend The Westin Desaru Coast to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating beach holiday, and we look forward to returning in the future."

"Apartment is very clean and wonderfully kept. Basic amenities are provided which makes our short stay worry-free. The communication with the staff, even after we have checked in is highly responsive and effective. They are very friendly too. Definitely a new go-to venue for our JB visit in future!"

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was conveniently located next an indoor shopping area. Loved the bathroom toiletries and robe that were provided. We ordered room service two nights and it was delicious and quick! If we were ever in JB again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here."

"11/10 experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed. We can't wait to return and will happily recommend it to family and friends. We did return on 11 July) Thank you for making our trip so special!"

"Great first-time experience staying at Sheraton Hotel JB! Everything feels new (literally lol), the hotel lobby smelt good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin room, and it was very spacious with 2 super single beds (or 2 small double beds), a small sofa + cushioned chair with a big round-ish table, 1 cushioned seat stand(?) for putting barang, a cushioned luggage opening area/cabinet, and the beds were comfortable. Cleanliness may need slight improvement as we had 1 bath towel that had a few strands of hair folded within, and a strand of hair under the blanket on each of our beds 😂 Another 2 small "issues" we had was the shower room glass door being unable to be closed fully and the aircon being a bit loud and not very cold despite the temperature being automatically set at 23.5°C. Then again, being in reasonably "temperated" room may not be a bad thing as we did not wake up shivering lol 🤣 My last comment on the hotel would be on their buffet breakfast! The food variety was great and the taste is majority good too! Thank you for your kind hospitality ☺️ *On a side note, there is a new mall connected to the hotel, and although it is not very big, it was nice to shop in as there is a big supermarket & pharmacy in the basement, sufficient food options, massage places (highly recommend Qi dynasty!) and also "useful" shops like Watsons, Daiso and MatsuKiyo."
