"I have booked for 2 Apartment with 2Bedroom and was given 1 Apartment only. The excuse they gave was unable to get the contact for other person, when both our names and mobile was indicated in the online form before check-in to them. We had to squeeze 8 Adult in 2Bedroom instead of 4Bedroom. Tried to ask refund for the missing apartment but was decline just like that. "

"The actual room condition was totally different from the photo shown in hotels.com. First impression when entering the room was much disappointment with a stingy urine smell filled in the air. Walls covered with mould, leaking sink, choked floor trap, dirty ceiling fans, stained bedsheet, dirty sofa, sticky floor. I think this is the worst apartment I have stayed in malacca. Look like never maintain before. "
