"I had a great experience at this hotel! I arrived an hour before check-in and my room was ready. "Everything was nice. Check in was smooth, and communication was good. Apartment was clean and in decent shape overall. The security guard at the pool could use a lesson in decency and politeness. Gym was suitable but not for heavy lifters. The area around the building is NOT pedestrian friendly, but we did find a few cool shops and restaurants. Overall it was a pretty good experience. "

Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine! "

Car lift attendant both were great in helping first timer and do say thank you to both. Finally, Harun , the attendant on my 1906 floor was superb in helping me fill the bottle water when he saw me and greeted us whenever he saw us. Pleasant stay. I will return"
