"Calling to see if I could get checked in sooner was annoying because couldnt talk to live person and AI attendant said no. Fortunately, walking in and talking to real human had better results. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. The only thing is nobody every clean the room while I was staying. "There were NON-HANDICAPPED vehicles parked in the handicap parking spots. One person said they were just visiting a guest. Another said they park there all the time. Three of the vehicles had NO handicap plates or Placards. Very difficult for us to move to the door. We were too exhausted to make a seen. We will not stay here again. There are many other places to pick from nearby."

"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"It’s very easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms or the hall.
Also, when I checked in I asked about the airport shuttle and was advised it left every half hour, however when I arrived in the lobby at 4:53 am, the driver had already left and the front desk advised me “I needed to reserve a time”. It would have been nice to know that when I checked in."
