"The staff are suoer helpful and due to a scammer tour operator at the airport, I could not find the driver of the hotel shuttle. The security guard and police at the airport all worked with the scammer tour operator. My daughter in America was able to mail the hotel and the airport shuttle driver at the airport was there all the time. He waited patiently for 2 hours for me! Really good service! "

"The room was clean. However, they did not provide any toiletries, no robes, no sandals nothing. It’s was just an empty bathroom. The shower gel was empty, no hairdryer. I called the reception desk to ask for a shower get and sandals, the lady told me we only provide it by request. 🤔 I believe these thing are the basic necessities. I mean a big name Hotel like Hilton. I ask if ther a sauna and steam room she told me no we don’t have it. That kind of threw me off. Our luggage weren’t even sent to our room until we asked several times. Overall, it was not a good experience for me and I wouldn’t be going back there. "

"Very bad area, unless you want to stay locked in your room the entire time, then don’t book here, it’s not safe, staff not helpful. I got locked in the bathroom in the lobby and was crying and afraid. The hotel is in a Somali only neighborhood so nothing like the real Nairobi. "
