"We only stayed for one night, but overall our experience was positive. The airport shuttle service was excellent. The organisation was very professional, it was easy to locate staff at the airport, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. There were, however, a few issues with our room. It did not appear to be cleaned to the expected standard, as we found several hairs on the bedside tables and on the floor. In addition, when I requested clean towels in the morning, I was asked to bring the dirty towels to the member of staff who was cleaning.
